In a foot reflexology treatment, I begin by ensuring you are comfortably settled, either lying back or sitting in a relaxed position. I start by gently massaging your feet to help them relax and increase circulation. Once your feet are comfortable, I use my thumbs, fingers, and sometimes specialized tools to apply targeted pressure to reflex points on your feet. These points correspond to various organs and systems in the body. As I work through the feet, I focus on areas that may feel tense or sensitive, which can indicate blockages or imbalances in your body. The pressure applied stimulates the corresponding areas of your body, encouraging the release of tension, promoting relaxation, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes. Each session leaves you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. Foot reflexology works by enhancing circulation, reducing stress, and helping to restore balance and harmony to your body’s energy systems.
